THE PLATINUM PLUS COURSE
Based upon the Skid & Drive course but longer and more intense. This course has been developed after listening to our customers. It covers driving theory, anti-skid tuition for two hours, ABS familiarisation which is particularly useful if you are not familiar with the feel of this type of braking system. A one hour parking and manouvering programme to give you the confidence to reverse & park and increases your spatial awareness. Finally a three hour advanced road driving session under the support and guidance of a qualified and experienced driving instructor covering urban, minor and major roads. If you need extra support in any particular area of your road driving then this can be targeted and extra tuition applied during the session. Note:- all the tuition is undertaken in supplied vehicles accept the parking & road section which is taken in your vehicle for familiarisation. SKID PAN & ROAD COURSE COMBINED .......................... SKID & DRIVE (one to one session) A course of instruction for drivers seeking to combine an anti-skid session with advanced road driver training. One hour on the pan with tuition in detection and control of front/rear wheel skids plus cadence braking, then you will have a minimum of three hours on road tuition with a qualified instructor undertaking advanced driver training.
Have basic driving faults identified and then eradicated, also learn to create a safety zone around yourself by improving your ability to see potential hazards. A full analysis of your driving will be written and forwarded plus a certificate of achievement. Tuition on the road section is taken in your usual vehicle.
