(and this may vary due to work load so apologies if you cannot reach us promptly)

it will be:- Monday to Thursday 1030hrs to 1600hrs

At other times (Friday, Saturday, Sunday -our busiest days-) please leave a message so one of the trainers can call you back as soon as possible, this should not be later than the next attended office day.

or, it may be possible to call the chief instructor on the mobile number (when given on our office answerphone) not available on Sun AM/PM

On the day of your course:-

If wanting support on your course date (lost? - running late?) call the number printed on your joining instructions, this will connect you to your trainer for that day. You would only have got joining instructions after payment has been made, or special arrangements have been agreed

RECORDED DELIVERY  

please!

Do not send vouchers etc, by recorded delivery we do not get a postal delivery till late in the day and office may be closed or trainer out. We then have to go to main post office some miles away and the item could be delayed by up to 5 days if we are short of staff. If a voucher why not photo copy it before sending the original in payment of your course, then email us to say it is on the way. We will tell you when it is here by issuing the joining instructions
