Approaching from the east or west along the A27

Goodwood Motor Circuit is situated just north of Chichester (West Sussex). If you exit the A27 east of Chichester and follow the signposts “Goodwood”, “Aerodrome” or “Motor Circuit”, continue past the Chichester Park Hotel for approx third of a mile turn left at small roundabout opposite the Rolls Royce factory, then approx 2 thirds of a mile turn left into the main entrance “Goodwood Motor Circuit

Approaching from the north via A285 & A286

Should you approach from the north A286 (Singleton) follow signs for Weald & Downland open air museum continue up steep hill and you will pass the Goodwood Race Course then the Golf Course, at the small roundabout follow “Motor Circuit” signs then after approx 150 metres turn right through the main entrance. See above for on site directions. If approaching from the north along the A285 drive through Halnaker village then approx two thirds mile turn right on minor road for Lavant. At small roundabout follow signs for "Motor Circuit".

HOW TO FIND US ON SITE

Goodwood has limited access please read this carefully before entering site

On busy circuit days (mainly Saturdays and/or Sundays) you may have to park and walk to hut/training area. Please show your confirmation letter with joining instructions when requested to do so, comply with instructions from marshals when they are on duty. If you have relatives etc, in another vehicle make sure you all enter the facility together.

Turn left into the main entrance "Goodwood Motor Circuit”, proceed straight ahead under the tunnel (unless alternative access is indicated by signage or marshals) then follow the road around to the left toward the flying school. Approx 50 metres before the flying school, turn left into the paddock area. See the white Skid Control briefing hut in corner of the paddock Or you may be able to park in the car park at top of slip road just beyond flying school. Remember on busy event days you may be directed to an alternative parking area, if so, then proceed with care to hut.

The speed limit on Goodwood internal roads is 15 mph. On busy circuit days access can be restricted and you may have to walk from the main car park, near the large green hanger. Or, if parked on the outer perimeter walk thru' the pedestrian tunnel and across the paddock area.

Caution:- When on site beware moving vehicles and stay off the airfield at all times
