If the answerphone is on then all the trainers are busy teaching or the office may be closed (see usual opening times below) but please leave contact details and a message so we can get back to you as soon as possible
*Please note office times:-
When the office is attended (and this may vary depending on work and holidays) it will be:-
Monday to Thursday 1030hrs to 1600hrs
At all other times (Friday, Saturday mornings) please leave a message so one of the trainers can call you back as soon as possible, this should not be later than the next attended office day.
*(Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays are our busiest training days)
Emergency contact, for pre-booked courses:-
for clients who have booked a course refer to your joining instructions for an emergency contact number applicable ONLY on the day you are scheduled to take your course and this will enable you to speak directly with your trainer.
By not having someone permanently sitting in the office we can keep our costs to you down, sincere apologies if this is inconvenient
